Off Record provides educational financial guidance and general information for creators. Nothing on this site, in the Creator Financial Checkup, the Take-Home Calculator, or any results constitutes legal, tax, or accounting advice. Your Creator Score and recommendations are estimates based on the information you provide and should not be relied on for filing taxes.
Regulated services
Tax filing, bookkeeping, entity formation, and other regulated financial services are provided only through licensed CPA partners where applicable, under their own terms and engagement agreements.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information when using the Checkup, Calculator, or Audit application. Off Record is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
No guarantee of savings
Figures such as "Potential Annual Savings," case studies, and illustrative examples are for informational purposes only. Actual results depend on your individual income, expenses, and tax situation, and are not guaranteed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Off Record after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
